Well the morning hunt went like this. The two toms pitched down after a short gobbling session and went back up the mountain in the opposite direction of us. That is that hunt in a nutshell! I will keep you posted.

Well our season started today, but unfortunately I am here at work. But my hunting partner called me from his blind this morning and said he heard a couple of birds, but so far nothing have committed to coming in. He have to leave and go to work later on, and he will call me back with an update. I hope to get out sometime between now and the weekend. Good luck to all that will be going and may all your arrows find their mark. Shoot straight and Good Hunting.

Got out last night with my friend Mike Prescott. His bow is in the works so I lent him my personal bow for the last couple of weeks so he could get honed in with it. He has been practicing alot and it paid off last night. I won't go into alot of detail as this hunt is going to be in the new dvd I'm working on. Here is the picture of us.

Hi Jim --
Cool -- is that also the one you used in the video?
I am hunting this Spring with the "Copperhead" [ your old bow ] no luck yet - wierd spring in NM, birds were about done before season opened [and not many this yr - where I hunt anyway] still fun to be in the woods with a beautiful Bow.
