Now I'm getting spooked!!
I will be on a booked hunt at the Callaghan Ranch. There is another good hunt I have been to several times, "texasshoot-out.com " ! Five days, primitive camping, $250.00. Good info on there web site.

Sounds like a blast. What's the likelyhood of getting some shot opportunities?

Callaghan Ranch, 100%, Texas Shoot-out. 50%. Callaghan books out about 6 mounts in advance. If you have a bigger group than 3 or 4 guys, a good chance to hunt this year, ( 2019 ). There is also the Lincoln Ranch, 100% hogs, 50% Javelina. Several other Ranches for about $150.00 a day, 2 day minimum.

I would love to try hog hunting, but out of my reach. We don’t have hogs near where I live.

A lot of out of state hunters go. Shoot-out has them from almost every state.
