+1
Jesus replaces the old covenant and speaks to the believer the moral code of God by His Spirit directly to the heart. He is the eternal, everlasting revelation of God to mankind. In Him is both the knowledge of righteousness and the power to live right.

This blade is 5 3/4" long and .068" thick.
440C stainless and I got it from Texas Knife Works.

I like to mark the scales how they match up.

Then after determining where I want the handle to be cut out of the scale, I clamp one of the scales outside in on the knife.

I drill the scale in place.
In this case they have slots instead of holes but that is ok because the pins will keep the scales aligned so they will match both sides.

Then I clamp the blocks together and the marks are opposite so the scales will be " book ended "
And drill the holes through the other scale.

Good idea at this point to mark the inside of the scales so it's easier to see how they go on the knife.
BEFORE I PUT THE EPOXY ON.
Wonder how I know that?

With the pins on one side I align the scale on the knife and trace around the handle.

Then I bandsaw the profile leaving it oversized.
