We would have to speculate that each boot would carry a numerical equivalent of (5) since three pairs equals six units times (5) = 30.
Same goes with what looks like binoculars but must actually be monoculars with a numerical equivalent of (2) ea.
But the little guy with the pair of boots on and what appears to be monoculars under his arm is a stretch.
