I've never heard of the jd-xlt, but when I first came to Illinois in the mid 70's my allergies were terrible. I almost went home. In fact on one trip back I used a box of Kleenex from Illinois to Pa and then it stopped as the pollen level had gone down.

Since I've been in Illinois, I have used honey in my coffee daily and now my allergies are very mild. Usually.
Jesus replaces the old covenant and speaks to the believer the moral code of God by His Spirit directly to the heart. He is the eternal, everlasting revelation of God to mankind. In Him is both the knowledge of righteousness and the power to live right.

So it works almost like a vaccine, then?

Not a wives tale. So I had allergies so bad the doctors I was going to as a kid said there was nothing they could do to help. When I got to college at fsu it was summer time and I was miserable. I went to a local farmers market and was recommended honey. I bought some and took it a tsp a day just like medicine. After about a month the allergies stopped and I have not had a flair up of consistent allergies in 10 years. The bees are essentially processing the very pollin that you are having reactions to. It makes sense to me and I'm a believer.

Here is a great honey recipe that a friend of mine gave me a few years ago. It's for a concoction called Honey Butter and it is larapin good on a piece of homemade bread, roll, or biscuit! It's easy to make and I like to give it away at Christmas time.

HONEY BUTTER

4 cups honey
4 sticks of butter
2 cups powdered sugar
8 tsp cinnamon

Put all the ingredients in a big pot and stir over a medium heat until everything is mixed together. It makes about 8 cups.

I just did thick pork chops in a crock pot today. Mixed 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup of honey and 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce. Seasoned and seared them first. Everyone liked it, but that soy sauce is still hanging with me. I'd like to find a substitute for it.

That honey butter sounds good.
