First shots after shoulder blow out.
Been nursing a roto cuff injury. Third and 4 shot at 15 yds. One broad head wood arrow. The other is a carbon, field point.

I have torn both shoulders and have been surprised that I can shoot at all. looks like you are doing pretty well with yours at this point. I sure hope that you are able to keep shooting and that it gets better for you. Have you had to drop in bow weight?

I shoot 35 to 45 lbs with a longbow and recurve. 53 lbs with a compound. I swear by Glucoseamine 2000 mg. No surgery so far.

knees and even my back for most of it plus my hands and fingers
