I HAVE one of your strings, graps....you do some FINE work, too!
Unfortunately, THAT string won't fit THIS bow. Too long, and Griz can't shoot a Fast Flight.

I don't use FF , I use B-55 . That is safe for old bows .
Josh and I are going to be in Middlebury Indiana next Friday , that's not much farther away for you than it is for us .
You could come to Flatline Bows and be present at the presentation of the Marine bow and I will give you a string to fit your Griz .
How bout that ?
I think Dan should come too ,he is closer than all of us .

Dang. I would LOVE that. But...gotta work. I will be there with you guys in spirit, though...
Make sure you get lots of shots of BOTH Jose and Josh with the bow!

Graps; when you build another string please describe and demonstrate with pictures what you mean by "Back lay", I'm not sure what you are referring to but very interested. Pictures or a link would help. This is probably something I am not doing.

Look closely at the splice on these strings and notice the diamond pattern of the two on the right .

The string on the left is store bought .
The string in the middle is back layed .
The one on the right is cross bundle back layed .
