The texture and tenderness was good. Taste like roast. I like peppers and onions to have a little crunch. Not sure I would make it again or not.

I primarily drink IPA. Prefer Odells IPA and Drumroll APA. I have had 1554 and like dark beer but prefer high IBU.

They were definately soft with this recipe. Not how I like them....

Looks good. That guy lives in next county over from me. He’s a mod on another forum I’m on. He makes a lot of good stuff. His kids are stone cold deer killers. Haha
