Slow morning 1 small 8 point walked through at 80 yards. Pressure is now 30.22. Yesterday was 30.11. Should start seeing good movement again as pressure rises and a cold front comes in over the next 2 days.

I had a year like that once. The owner had cut his overgrown field with a bush hog and those stubles where tough on the low bulging sides of my radials. That and those thorns.

Good luck out there.
Jesus replaces the old covenant and speaks to the believer the moral code of God by His Spirit directly to the heart. He is the eternal, everlasting revelation of God to mankind. In Him is both the knowledge of righteousness and the power to live right.

You must be talking buckthorn. Wicked, nasty stuff. Like you, I get a reaction when they puncture my skin. Almost like a small infection.

We have a half-moon...likely they are feeding by moonlight, James. Another two weeks and you'll get more opportunities, I would guess.

Doubled up with Chezney this morning. Not perfect shots but got the job done!

Now that makes for a good day out hunting together and filling the freezer.

Memories indeed. Some of my fondest are hunting with my father who retired from the NYPD in the mid 60's.
