shooting 29" cedar shaft 15.5 foc with 165 grain broadheads. Going to try some 190s just to see what they do. The 165s fly just fine. About 560 grains. Work just fine on the deer around here. Another big key is very sharp broadheads.

Amen to the sharp broadheads. That's a real good weight and foc you have now, be hard to improve on. Always fun to tinker and try new things though.

Another one of those things to do while the weather is doing what it does.

TTT (That means To The Top).
This was one year ago this month, not a lot of interest in the subject then it seemed. I have noticed lately that the subject has come up more than once and this time not by me. I'm not lonesome anymore on this school of thought!

Not at all.... I cant go another way, not now that i have personally SEEN the difference myself. I love how smooth the heavy weighted arrow with efoc makes my bow feel to boot. In fact, I've yet to find one of my bows that didnt prefer it.

Its funny to me, how many long time shooters think this is some new fangled thought or concept, and thus reject it. This concept is the most used concept in the history of archery, making the newer thought to be that of the lighter faster arrows with less foc. From war, to survival, extreme foc and greater, has been excersised for hundreds if not thousands of years. Its only modern man that made that change away from it, with new thought processes. They had it figured out way back then, probably because of trial and error instead of math..... but the truth is, it dont get much more traditional then that of all history does it? funny...and we think they, of long ago, were somehow lower in intelligence then we are....

A few benefits of high or efoc (extreme front of center) that others may want to add to...
1. Quieter bow.
2. Better flight. (Stabilizes or recovers faster).
3. Better penetration. (Which should be enough in itself).

We won't argue with the first part. 8-)
The chart looks pretty straightforward to me.
