I live in the small fishing town of Morro Bay California.. I am fortunate to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning, see white water and smell the salt... I also have some acreage in Northern California that is Walnut Orchard and Pasture land (on Clearlake in Kelseyville) I think of muself as a very fortunate man to have the life I have....

I was born and raised within 20 miles of Parkersburg, WV. and reside here still. I grew up hunting West Virginia and am very fortunate to be able to hunt both here and Ohio. The majority of my hunting now-a-days is over in Ohio with my wife. It seems that most of the land I used to hunt here in WV is now leased up by hunting clubs, which is fine because WV never has figured out "HOW" to manage their deer herd. They are to concerned with making every dollar that they can off the "extra" tags that they pimp. Ohio, on the other hand seems to be able to keep a healthy population of white-tails as well as thousands of acres of truly "Public" hunting lands to pursue them on. I feel very fortunate to still have the health and ability to pursue these wonderful, mysterious creatures on their own turf.

That's it, I'm moving to Ohio! Ben, make room for my wall tent next to that turkey trail, I'll need a shooting lane!
