I have an obligation to the members who paid the ten dollar yearly fee in the beginning ok guys.I know we discussed the posts required to be eligible to win but there were 207 members that sent in 10 bucks each to win something.That was before i had my issues with paypal claiming we were running a gambling hall or something.A few more bows then we will enforce the rule.Hope that sounds ok.Fair is fair.
