Beautiful. Now for a tomato from the garden to test it on. Or if you can't wait that long, something else in the kitchen.

So you don't pound the rivets, only epoxy them in?

On used kitchen knives with loose scales, I always take a punch that fits the old rivet and give it a light tap to snug things up. I would think that ideally, you would need something on the other side of the handle to fit the rivet to avoid damaging the scale.

Got it broke in tonight.
Sliced and diced a big red onion for our pizza.
Yep, I like this size knife, much handier than a big cheff knife.

Sure do like this knife.
Made my favorite pork chops last evening.
Baked with sauerkraut and apple.
This knife sliced that apple like a lazer beam. 8-)
