We shoot more piggies than any other animal and use the meat in a variety of ways, ground hog is excellent and easy to handle. We upgraded to a heavy duty grinder and can butcher and process a fair sized animal pretty easily- a serious grinder is essential.
You don't need to use any specific recipes for wild hog spaghetti and lasagna, just use a favorite off the Internet for regular pork and it will work just fine.
