Spent 4 days up the river this past weekend. came home with a nice freezer full of goat meat. All were taken with my Border HEX5.

Worst part of the trip was that when we unpacked the car I had left all my arrows 5 1/2 hours away at home.:waaah: I ended up tunning some of Dad's lightweight 380gr arrows to the border which had them flying great. They were damm quick to LOL a bit loud but keeping my shots under 15m they worked well.

Had this girl at 10 yards but let down as I decided the two young ones she had with her might not survive on their own. They were feeding independently but she looked to still be carrying a bit of milk.

Found these triplets literally just born. There was still fresh placenta all around them and they could barley walk.

Yeah it is mate. The property covers about 280,000 acres. We are very fortunate to be able to have access to it. There are plenty of opportunities to have a stalk but with plenty of eyes watching it can be quite challenging.

There are rabbits, foxes, the odd feral cat as well as pigs. The pigs are hard to get onto but they are there. The river holds Yellow Belly and cod.

Man that is some wild scenery going on there! Really like the story and the pictures, thanks for sharing.
