Quebec Bear Hunt.
Well, I'm back home from my bear hunt.
What a collection of calamities.
I got a new smart phone a few months ago and just before my bear hunt I installed a SD card in the phone so I could have room for lots of pictures.
I was planning to put my trail camera pictures on it as well.
So, I met with my friend Rick ( Dacota18) for lunch just before I went into Canada.
We had a good visit and he told me he was wishing he was going again this year.
Said my good byes and off I went and soon was in Canada.
Shortly after crossing the border, my cell phone was so messed up I couldn't even take a picture.
Great!
So got to the place where I was meeting up with the other hunters and off we go another fifty miles North on some of the worst roads you could ever drive on.
Got to the cabin, got settled in and off I go with another guy to setup my ground blind.
Get my trail camera and mount it on a tree, turn it on, and it's dead.
Batteries are new and good, the camera is just junk now.
So much for getting trail camera pictures.

Where's the bear?
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

The view from the cabin was just awesome.

And these were growing everywhere.
I found out from my wife that they are called pink lady slippers.

Did you bring a muskie pole or something for lake trout? That water looks awful inviting.
Did you clean up some of those small limbs for a shooting lane?
Ok, I'll be patient.

Jesus replaces the old covenant and speaks to the believer the moral code of God by His Spirit directly to the heart. He is the eternal, everlasting revelation of God to mankind. In Him is both the knowledge of righteousness and the power to live right.
