Had to get some more pom poms
I practice a lot with 1/2" red pom poms glued to some fishing line and suspended in front of my block target. I have buried them deep inside the block which is great, I just glue another one on and go on. But eventually I have to go buy more if I don't have some stockpiled somewhere. So it is a great feeling to nail the little pom poms, even if only from 10-12 yards. They are cheap and it forces me to focus on a small spot that I can still see good enough with my one good eye. I am practicing mainly with my Bear Ausable Longbow at 45#. I just love the sleekness and feel of a longbow. could be a rough year for a couple of deer LOL
