There are a lot of cool things that comes along that makes life easier. I just found one of those things. It is a company in Pennsylvania that makes seasoning products. I looked into it and ordered some stuff. http://www.SportsManTable.com
They make seasoning rubs and spices you use to process your wildgame into sausages, brats, etc... . I ordered several packs of the Hot Italian Sausage mixes, A Wisconsin brat mix, and some breakfast sausage mix.
There is enough mix to do 30 lbs of Italian sausages, 25 pounds of brats, and 10 pounds of breakfast sausages. I have less than $23.00 in the stuff, not counting shipping. Can't buy the spices and make it for any where close to those cheap prices.
I have tested each package and all I can say is WOW!. Johnsonville had better watch out when it comes to the brat and sausage recipes. They sent a couple of sample of the barbegue roast rub, the antler rub and the fish rub and they are absolutely delicious. YUMMY!
So if you process your own wild meat into these products instead of buying them from the store then this is the place for you. No affiliation to these guys what so ever, just trying to share a bit of valuable info with my hunting brothers and sisters. Everyone nows how good wild meat is for you and I have no problem with the way it tastes normally, but this place is the bombdigity.
Good day and God Bless.
Best find in a long time.

Re: Best find in a long time.
I just eat my first steak marinated in the barbegue roast rub and it was hands down the best steak I have ever eaten. Only marinated it 25 minutes too.
You guys have got to give this stuff a try.
