So I started out with this.

An old cedar branch in the yard, and an old thin saw blade. Didn't come out bad. Some chipping at pins. Blued the blade. Still need to put an edg on it.

looks nice, I have made a couple lately. I have been having trouble drilling them. Do you heat blade with torch at all?

Yes, and wrap tbe blade in wet paper towels.
