Injured right shoulder again 😪

I over did it trying to lift something.
I lifted the end of a workbench using the brace near the floor. I was trying to put a shim under the leg. The lift was similar to lifting a suitcase. My shoulder didn't like it. I am getting an MRI here soon. Hopefully it's not a major issue . I haven't tried to draw my bow yet. I'm afraid of what I might find out.

Man, that sucks. I sure hope it doesn't mess up your bow shooting.

I heard a little info, not official, on the MRI I had done of my neck. Everything looked okay it seems. There are some small minor bone spurs. I will soon hear from my DR, I hope, on the official results and where we go next to help the shoulder heal. I wish she would have ordered the MRI of the shoulder.
